MEDUSA SCULPTURE

MEDUSA SCULPTURE

$0.00

An arresting study in myth and movement, the Medusa Sculpture captures the instant of transformation—where fury, beauty, and terror collide. Snakes writhe in polished bronze, frozen mid-strike, coiling with an energy that belies their solid form. From every angle, the sculpture reveals new gestures—flared hoods, open jaws, the wild flow of serpentine hair. Cast in solid bronze and hand-finished for high detail, this piece is both homage and invention—timeless in its craftsmanship, and unforgettable in its presence.

  • Bronze:

Periodically wipe the piece with a soft cloth or brush to remove dust and preserve the luster.

Though the durability of bronze makes it suitable for outdoor use, as well as around fireplaces, bronze items should never be placed directly into a hot fire.

    BRONZE POLISH MAINTENANCE:

To restore bronze to its original brilliance, use a good quality metal polish. We recommend Simichrome, available at your local hardware store, applied with a clean soft cotton cloth. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, using rubber gloves in a well- ventilated area. Wipe off any residual polish with Windex and a Bounty paper towel.

    BRONZE PATINA MAINTENANCE:

If the patina has noticeably changed over time, use a mild soap (such as Dawn) and warm water on a soft cloth. Never use a solvent or cleaning chemical on the bronze. Corrosive chemicals (such as those used to clean silver and other metals) could damage or strip away the patina. After wiping the sculpture clean, allow it to dry completely before handling. Rubbing too much will remove the patina completely.
